After a three year heroic battle with cancer, Vicken Keshishian, 67, left us on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 surrounded by his beloved family.

Devoted husband of 42 years, he is survived by his beloved wife Katia Zakhour. He leaves behind his sons Sako (Carine) and Cedric (Valerie) as well as his cherished grand-children Chloe and Claire. Treasured son, he also leaves behind his mother, Nvair Keshishian and brother Zaven (Esther) and his nephews Bedros and Armen and their families. He leaves a lasting impact on the Keshishian and Zakhour families, as well as many admired cousins and friends.

He is preceded by his father, Sarkis and brother, Vatche.

In lieu of flowers, a charitable donation to the Armenian Evangelical Church of Montreal can be made.

The funeral service will be held at Komitas funeral home located 5180 rue de Salaberry, Montreal, QC, H4J 1J3 on Sunday April 14 from 5-8pm, followed by the celebration of his life held at Église Évangélique Arménienne de Montréal, located at 123 Boul des Prairies Laval, QC, H7N 2T6 on Monday April 15 at 11am followed by Burial Cememony held at Cimetière St-Laurent, located at 805 ave. Ste-Croix St-Laurent, QC H4L-3X6.  Following the funeral, a luncheon will be served Monday April 15, 2024 at 13:30 – Église Évangélique Arménienne de Montréal, located 123 Boul des Prairies Laval, QC H7N 2T6.
