Mike Torosian March 01 , 1934 - July 04 , 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mike Torosian at the age of 92.

Mike was born in Athens, Greece in 1934. In search of new opportunities and a brighter future, he immigrated to Canada in 1957, where he established a long and fulfilling life. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather, and will forever be remembered by his devoted wife of 40 years, Rosine; his children, Daniel (Eleni) and Ari (Alyssa); his cherished grandchild, Michael; his extended family (Kaptanian, Kalaydjian, Matian families) and many of his dear relatives and friends.

He was a hardworking man whose life was defined by integrity and kindness. He earned the respect of those who knew him and was admired for his humility, wisdom, and genuine compassion for others. Throughout his life, he embraced new experiences and travels, creating countless cherished memories with the people he loved. He took great pride in his work, approaching every project with care, dedication, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Although he is no longer with us, the love he shared, the values he lived by, and the memories he created, will remain in our hearts forever.

Daniel, Rosine, and Aris,

Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved father and grandfather.

Daniel, I had the honour of knowing your dad since I was a young girl at the Korona on Jean-Talon. My father was a loyal client of both your father and your grandfather, and they were truly remarkable men.

I will always remember your dad with a warm smile on his face, always asking how my mother was doing. Those small acts of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of person he was.

He was blessed to have meet is grandson and spent quality time with him. May you keep his memory alive by sharing his stories and carrying forward the love, kindness, and values he passed on. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

With our deepest sympathy, love, and prayers.

May he rest in peace.
